Really friendly team - nothing was too much bother and everything explained clearly - Serge was great when I collected my car I can't remember who showed me how to access the apps and talked me through the car details was great. He was from Liverpoo!

It would have been nice to have more updates on the build of the car. A full tank of petrol would have been much appreciated and a few little extras as it was a brand new car. We have had this before but on a used bmw and it made it so special.

Just went through really smoothly. It was great that Danny had already worked out which car we would be interested in and made sure it was available to test drive. The team made sure the car was ready quickly and was presented really well on arrival.

Cost was far too high for work carried out. Off franchise BMW specialists, with trained technicians and proper equipment offer better customer value overall. Feel I paid for upkeep of fancy premises as well as work done. Lack of parking space.

The repair to my alloy wheel was excellent, and I was very pleased with the result. While my car was being repaired I was very kindly given a lift by a member of staff (Justin) to and from my meeting nearby, which I greatly appreciated.
