Really friendly team - nothing was too much bother and everything explained clearly - Serge was great when I collected my car I can't remember who showed me how to access the apps and talked me through the car details was great. He was from Liverpoo!

Cost was far too high for work carried out. Off franchise BMW specialists, with trained technicians and proper equipment offer better customer value overall. Feel I paid for upkeep of fancy premises as well as work done. Lack of parking space.
