The delivery went well even though there was a fire incident nearby yet the delivery person went through all i need to know, there was no rush and things were well explained and even repeated questioned did not put her off this old man customer.

Comms were good. Frustrating that tools were not ordered along with the parts. Car returned without all faults addressed. Car returned with missing vent knob and a random mobile phone added?

Daniela was incredibly helpful and friendly. Seamless drop off and collection. She noticed I was about to order a taxi and offered a courtesy car, which saved me quite some money on taxi fares. The bodywork was done perfectly.

Had service and recall (EGR coolant). When working on the recall bolts sheered off and having drilled new holes the manifold needed replacing and was not in stock. Got car back and my wife had to drive off with a battery low warning.

The service department explained what was required and showed me the breakdown of the cost of the work. The service offered included a vehicle check with a video recording and a complimentary car wash .
